All matters of concern or any grievance may be reported in writing to the Chief Operating Officer of Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council along with any/all supporting documents. These will be resolved after proper investigation of all aspects of the incident/complaint. All involved will be given due chance to explain
themselves. Action will be taken as per policies and guidelines of NSDC/THSC.
All correspondence of such nature will be kept confidential.
